Handgun Sampler Pack Student Registration

The cost is $100.00 plus tax and a maximum of 2 people are allowed to attend. Will you be scheduling for just yourself or for you and another person?

Minimum Age Requirement

I acknowledge that the minimum age to participate in this session is 17, and that the minimum age to purchase a firearm from a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) is 21. By registering, I confirm that I meet the required minimum age. If I am registering an additional participant, I confirm that they are also at least 17 years old.

Concealed Carry Handgun Sampler Pack Agreement

I understand that up to two students may attend this session; however, the included 50 rounds of 9mm ammo will not increase and must be shared. I also acknowledge that only one $50 gift card for Joe's Sporting Goods/Joe’s Gun Shop will be provided per registration, regardless of whether one or two students attend.

Permits for Purchasing a Firearm

I understand that in order to purchase a firearm in Minnesota, I must obtain either a Permit to Purchase (valid for 1 year) or a Minnesota Permit to Carry, which also serves as a Permit to Purchase (valid for 5 years). I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to obtain one of these permits if I wish to purchase a firearm at Joe's Gun Shop and use the $50 gift card provided through the Concealed Carry Handgun Sampler Pack.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final and ineligible for a refund. You may reschedule your session at any time if done at least 48 hours before your scheduled session starts.

Substance Use Policy Acknowledgment

To comply with federal law and ensure a safe learning environment, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I will not use marijuana before my appointment and will not smell of marijuana during my appointment. (Marijuana use is federally prohibited for firearm possession, regardless of state law.)
I will not consume alcohol before or during my appointment. (Handling firearms under the influence is strictly prohibited.)
I understand that failure to comply with these rules will lead to the cancellation of my appointment without a refund.
