Refund Policy
Because our services are educational and time-based, refunds are generally not issued once a service session has been delivered. However, we may consider refunds or credits under the following conditions:
- Technical issues that prevent delivery of services
- Instructor cancellation
- Scheduling errors caused by our system
Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final and ineligible for a refund. You may reschedule your course at any time if done at least 48 hours before the start of your scheduled course.
Payment Policy
- Payments are due before services are rendered.
- We accept major credit cards and secure online payments via Stripe.
