Refund and Payment Policies

Refund Policy

Because our services are educational and time-based, refunds are generally not issued once a service session has been delivered. However, we may consider refunds or credits under the following conditions:

  • Technical issues that prevent delivery of services
  • Instructor cancellation
  • Scheduling errors caused by our system

Important: For students of the online class participating in a live fire qualification, completion of the required online course video is mandatory. By registering for a live fire qualification, students attest that they have watched the full video. Failure to complete the online course video prior to the scheduled session will result in refusal of service without a refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final and ineligible for a refund. You may reschedule your course at any time if done at least 48 hours before the start of your scheduled course.

Payment Policy

  • Payments are due before services are rendered.
  • We accept major credit cards and secure online payments via Stripe.
